Alicia Koch
LEAD BUILDING DESIGNERAlicia was born and raised in East Sooke on Vancouver Island, where her connection to nature continues to inspire her design philosophy—centered on simplicity, functionality, and harmony with the environment. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University, combining her lifelong interests in math and art. With hands-on experience from a 16-month co-op at a Victoria design-build firm, Alicia brings a practical, client-focused approach to residential design, creating spaces that are both beautiful and purposeful. She shares her workdays with Josie, her spirited miniature dachshund, and spends her downtime enjoying the outdoors and time with family.
